Nontourage Inc. is the creative force behind the Video Documentary segments for The Secret of Christmas. CEO Julie Daman, a music lover and a well-rounded artist, along with her team, have given keen insight into the creative processes involved in bringing The Secret of Christmas to life, and she beautifully introduces the audience to the phenomenal musicians who grace the album.

Julie Daman graduated from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU with a BFA in Film & Television. She worked for several years in television for shows such as Spin City, Scrubs, & HBO's Entourage. Nontourage, Inc. was formed in 2005 as a small production company that focuses on production for the internet. Nontourage has since produced the award winning mini-sitcom "Almost There" (which Racquel wrote and produced the theme song for) along with other award winning shorts.

As a leading force in the podcasting and vlogging communities, this year Julie was asked to speak at the Web Video Summit, and she recently moderated a panel at the 3rd annual Podcast & New Media Expo.

Val recently co-produced The Pink Project, a Charity Photobook with photos of established and rising stars from around the world. The Pink Project (with a forward by Tori Amos is a major patron of RAINN (Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network) and LABCA (The Los Angeles Breast Cancer Alliance). The book is touching and it features faces you know - including Daryl Hannah, Milo Ventimigilia, & Danica McKellar (Winnie Cooper from The Wonder Years).

Racquel is thrilled to have been chosen to be among the faces that bless the pages of The Pink Project, and she can be found on page 111 in an underwater photoshoot! It was this shoot that brought Racquel and Val together, when Racquel learned that Val was phenomenal, and a graceful photographer to work with.

Sonja Sung's experienced eye and mind have orchestrated the CD design for The Secret of Christmas' album artwork. Sonja's use of color and interesting composition place her in the highest category of artist: The Inspired. Sonja is fearless in her art - for what you see is new, interesting, and artistically pleasing.

Wade Norton, Chief Engineer at NRG Studios, is definitely one of the "men behind the curtain" whose hours of dedication and his years of experience have helped make The Secret of Christmas a reality.

Wade's experience includes attendance at Trebas Institute of Recording Arts in the mid 1980's, playing guitar in a successful LA band called One Good Eye in the mid 90's, and Wade got his chops engineering at various studios in the LA area between 1988 and 1992. When Wade landed at NRG Recording Studios, he built it into one of the best studios in the country.

Racquel is greatful, for Wade worked his ears overtime on The Secret of Christmas, and captured much of the album's R&B arrangements. Wade is also responsible in part for the incredible sonic quality on albums by the artists POD, Alien Ant Farm, No Doubt, Hootie & The Blowfish, White Zombie, 311, Vince Neil, The Jazz at The Movies Band, and a shining list that continues.

Charles Dickerson III, classical vocalist, musical arranger, and prolific composer, was the conductor of the Rolling Hills United Methodist Church's Children's Choir for the track Give Love on Christmas Day which was originally made famous by The Jackson 5.

Chuck's enthusiasm in the recording studio kept the kids focused on the musical task at hand - yet the spirit of the recording session was light and fun. Charles was able to elicit diction, tone, pitch, and heart from the young Rolling Hills UMC Choir to instill the song with truth from the mouth of a child. "What the world needs is Love! Yes, the world needs your Love!"

Truly, without Robert Russell, this album would not be. Robert, The Godfather of The Secret of Christmas, is an enlightened man who is abundantly blessed with talent, patience, and wisdom. Robert is a dedicated and inspired man who surrounds himself with others who walk in the light and he shares generously of his gifts.

Robert may sound too good to be true... when you meet him though, you will see that this short description of The Godfather is backed by a very real and very wonderful person.

Robert plays electric bass on The Secret of Christmas, and is responsible for introducing Nick Mancini and Racquel Roberts. Robert understood and believes in Nick's ability to create innovative musical arrangements, and having heard the gifts in Racquel's vocals, he was excited to bring together the two when Racquel expressed to Robert that she was interested in putting out an album. Roberts impeccable intuition shone when Nick and Racquel began working together. The connection was immediate and deep, the work process easy, and the product is now what we call The Secret of Christmas.
